Tech Friday: Video Game Programming in Unity

Date: Feb 23, 2018
Time: 1:00 - 4:00 PM
Location: SSCB 2201.3

Join us to create your very own video game in our follow-up to the Fall 2017 Unity Tech Friday! Using the popular and free video game engine Unity, participants will learn how to create 3D objects and manipulate them by programming in C#. This Tech Friday will expand on the concepts presented last fall, but does not require you to have attended the previous event in order to follow along. No previous programming experience is necessary, but some experience will help.

Unity is free and can be downloaded from https://unity3d.com/get-unity/download.

If you are interested in learning how to use Unity before attending the Tech Friday, you can visit https://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials and do the Roll-a-ball tutorial.
